{"id":2616,"date":"2021-09-24T03:19:21","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T03:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elitlaw.com.au\/?post_type=job&#038;p=2616"},"modified":"2021-09-24T03:19:21","modified_gmt":"2021-09-24T03:19:21","slug":"junior-commercial-lawyer","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/elitlaw.com.au\/job\/junior-commercial-lawyer\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior Commercial Lawyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Elit Lawyers a small but busy firm located in Melbourne.\u00a0 We have an opening for a Junior Commercial Lawyer in our Sydney office.<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity will suit a lawyer with less experience in commercial law and litigation who is seeking full time employment based in Sydney.<\/p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will preferably have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years PAE in commercial law and litigation;<\/li>\n<li>Hold a current practice certificate;<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of Deceased Estates and Probate;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Estate Planning, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney\/Guardianship and Testamentary Trusts;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of litigation in Magistrate, District Court, Supreme Court and State Administrative Tribunal;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Personal Injury litigation;<\/li>\n<li>Some knowledge and experience in property law including property transactions, duty implications, business structures including partnerships, companies, unit trusts and joint ventures would be an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>A demonstrated ability to focus on providing practical and intelligent solutions to legal issues;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability \u00a0to work in a small but busy office; and<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and plain language drafting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This opportunity will suit a lawyer with less experience in commercial law and litigation who is seeking full time employment based in Sydney.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2616","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.4 -
