Employment
Plaintiff
After nearly two decades with my employer, I was told my role was no longer required and offered what they considered a ‘suitable alternative position’. I disagreed and suddenly found myself in a vulnerable position faced with a tight deadline. Aggie quickly grasped the critical facts and legal complexities, developed a clear strategic plan, and successfully negotiated a settlement that ensured I received my full redundancy entitlements. I’m extremely grateful to Aggie for her exceptional representation and outstanding result. I would highly recommend Aggie to anyone seeking expert legal assistance.
